1. Data we collect

SocialXCenter ("Service") processes your name and e-mail address when you create an account; when you connect an Instagram account, the profile data provided by Instagram (username, profile picture, follower count), post metadata (caption, thumbnail, link) and the content of comments and messages received by your account.

2. How we use data

Data is used only to run the automation rules you define (replying to comments/messages), for reporting and to keep the Service secure. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

3. Access tokens

Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to make API calls on your behalf. Removing an account deletes the token immediately.

4. Artificial intelligence

If you enable AI replies, the incoming message text, the post caption and the business information you define are sent to the AI provider to generate a reply. This data is not used for model training.

5. Retention and deletion

Event records are kept for 180 days, system logs for 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and all data via the data deletion page.

6. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies are used (session, language and theme preference, trial-abuse prevention).
