Data Deletion Request

There are two ways to delete your Instagram account and all your data on SocialXCenter:

1. From the panel (instant)

Sign in → Social accounts → Remove on the account. The access token, post cache and rules are deleted. To delete your user account entirely, contact us from the Settings page.

2. By e-mail

Send an e-mail with the subject "Data deletion request" from your registered address to info@socialxcenter.com. Requests are processed within 7 days and confirmed.

Via Meta

Removing the SocialXCenter app under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites invalidates the access token; remaining data is deleted as described above.
