How to delete your Instagram/Facebook data and your SocialXCenter account

1. Remove a connected account (instant)

Sign in → Social accounts → Remove account. The access token is deleted immediately; posts cache, rules, contacts, events and AI records of that account are deleted within 24 hours.

2. Delete your whole SocialXCenter account (instant)

Sign in → Settings → Delete my account. All connected accounts, data and your login are removed. Invoices are retained only as required by tax law.

3. Remove the app from Instagram / Facebook (automatic)

Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → remove SocialXCenter, or Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites → remove SocialXCenter. Meta sends us a signed deletion request; we then delete the related account data automatically and you can check the status at the confirmation link Meta shows you.

4. By e-mail

Send "Data deletion request" from your registered address to info@socialxcenter.com. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
