1. Service

SocialXCenter is a software service (SaaS) that automatically replies to comments and messages received by your social media accounts according to rules you define.

2. Responsibility

The user is responsible for the content of all automatically sent replies and agrees to comply with Instagram/Meta platform policies and applicable law. Spam, misleading or abusive automations are prohibited and lead to suspension.

3. Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. The subscription starts once payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Used periods are not refunded.

4. Limits

Each plan has account, rule and monthly reply limits. When a limit is exceeded, automation pauses until the period resets or the plan is upgraded. The free trial is granted once per person/network and for a single Instagram account.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on Meta's Instagram API. SocialXCenter is not liable for disruptions caused by platform changes, outages or permission restrictions.

6. Termination

Violations may lead to termination of the Service without prior notice.
