No. We use the official Instagram API; we never ask for your password and do no browser automation. Random delays, daily limits and per-person cooldowns keep a natural interaction rhythm.
Which account types are supported?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts can be switched to a professional account in a few taps in Instagram settings.
Can I DM the person who commented?
Yes. With "private reply", a public comment reply is posted and an automatic DM is sent to the same person (per Instagram rules: within 7 days of the comment, once per person).
How do AI replies work?
You describe your business, products and tone in account settings. The AI reads the incoming message and the post caption and produces a short, on-brand reply based on that knowledge base. It is instructed not to invent information it does not have.
When will other platforms arrive?
The platform is built multi-channel. Facebook pages and TikTok comments are on our roadmap; existing subscribers get them at no extra cost.
Can I cancel any time?
